Iran is not threatened by US submarine deployment. Although Iran appears not to want a larger war, it is clear that Tehran is not deterred by U.S. military deployments.
State Department employees must remember who is boss. Dissent cables are fine, but public displays of disagreement are unbefitting of the job description.
