Islamic State Mustard Gas

Speaking with BBC Radio last Thursday evening. I speak at 1 hour 12 minute 38 second mark. The presenter noted that some reports were suggesting that the Islamic State's mustard gas weapons had been acquired from Saddam Hussein's stockpile. I was very skeptical of that notion (as you can hear in the recording). Friday's WSJ backs up my position quoting a senior US official as stating that ''Any link to the Saddam regime is patently wrong''.
