They use the banking system and the money wires around the world. The US could put a stop to that in a matter of hours by barring any bank that serves ISIS from doing business in the US. For local banks over there, we bar their European correspondents from the US. Sooner or later every bank in the world connects back to London or New York. IT'S THE BANKS!! STOP THE BANKS! LET THEM CARRY AROUND CASH IN SUITCASES. Then flood the area with counterfeit currency.
