Mercury Public Affairs is working against the Uighurs for an actual Chinese Communist delegate to the National People's Congress. This is extraordinary stuff.
Military chiefs rightly affirm Constitution's supremacy. The people are in charge of the military, via their democratic authority, and it must remain that way.
