The McLaughlin Group (08/08)

FULL EPISODE
My time linked comments:
Why I believe Carly Fiorina, Scott Walker and Marco Rubio won the first debate
Why Chris Christie was correct to defend the NSA - and why NSA collection must continue
Slightly skewering Ben Franklin's ''essential liberty'' quote
Chris Christie will win primary voters on national security grounds
Why moderators had to shake up Trump + why he's ill-suited to nuclear command authority
Noting my housemates opinion of Trump!
Why I welcome Chris Christie's comments on entitlements (with a little teasing of panel!)
Responding to Pat's question as to whether I want to cut Dr. M's social security!
Scott Walker's popularity with conservative base + why GOP has opportunity with millennials
Rand Paul, Lindsey Graham and Bobby Jindal lost ground in the debates
GOP is changing - difference in audience reaction to gay soldier in 2012 + Kasich remarks
Predicting Rubio will be nominee
Jeb Bush showed courage talking about common core education reform
Rubio-Fiorina ticket is likely
If Rubio and Fiorina rise in polls it will suggest GOP primary voters want change

I also write on the broader question of international order.
